When baking, the cocoa batter on top naturally dripped down to cover top of the dough, forming a super cute mushroom shape. Tear apart once freshly baked , there is a thin layer of crisp cocoa crust on the outside, and soft stringpull bread inside. The bread is very soft and fluffy, pair with crispy bittersweet cocoa crust on the outside. Good texture, mushroom shape are very cute. Storage Method: Best eaten freshly baked. Let cool completely, store in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature for 3 days, or freeze in freezer for about one month.
