熟透的香蕉最甜,拿来做“西式快速香蕉面包”最好不过了,不用酵母来发面,又拥有蛋糕口感,这次加了和情缤咖时涂抹酱,所以称为“缤咖时香蕉蛋糕”。焦糖味结合香蕉天然甜味,提升整体蛋糕香味和口感。做法简单直接,唯独最难是需要耐心等待烘烤时间~ 顶部盖上和情缤咖时焦糖饼干,核桃和巧克力粒,看起来丰富可口哦。切开来内部结构绵密湿润,加上脆口焦糖饼,核桃,半融化巧克力粒, 真的太香了~

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却。要新鲜7天内吃。

Ripe bananas are the sweetest, best used to make “Western-style Quick Banana Bread”, don’t need yeast to proof yet has cakey texture, this time added Lotus Biscoff Spread, so it’s called “Biscoff Banana Cake". Caramel flavor combines with banana’s natural sweetness, enhance overall cake aroma and texture. The recipe method is simple and direct, but the most difficult thing is to wait patiently for the baking time ~ Topped with Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, walnuts and chocolate chips, looks rich and delicious. When cut open, the internal structure is neat and moist, with crunchy caramel biscuits, walnuts, and semi-melted chocolate chips, really delicious~

Storage Method: Baked and let cool completely, store in airtight container and chill in normal fridge. For fresher flavors, eat within 7 days.

=7x7’inch Square Cake Pan 四方模具=
160g Unsalted Butter (Melted) 无盐牛油(融化)
200g Lotus Biscoff Spread (Smooth, Melted) 和情缤咖时涂抹酱(顺滑,融化)
330g Ripe Bananas (about 4pcs) 成熟香蕉 (约4条)
170g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
2g Vanilla Extract香草精
30g Milk 牛奶
360g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉
10g Baking Powder 泡打粉
5g Baking Soda 苏打粉
2g Salt 盐
80g Chocolate Chips 巧克力粒
100g Roasted Walnuts 烤香核桃

6pcs Lotus Biscoff Biscuits 和情缤咖时焦糖饼干
Chocolate Chips 巧克力粒
Unroasted Walnuts 没烤过核桃

(Preheated Oven 180C: 70-75min, after 45min, cover foil to prevent top from burnt)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(预热烤箱180C: 70-75分钟, 烤45分钟后,盖铝箔纸防止顶部过黑)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
