In this recipe, the crust melt in mouth once bite, soft milky cookies base, with homemade pineapple fillings, press into pineapple shape, also added matcha flavor crust for leaf part. Freshly baked, the crust is flaky crispy when tear apart. Eat it again after overnight, the fillings moisture penetrates the crust becomes flaky soft, the flavors all combined into one, milky flavored crust as base, the sweet tangy pineapple fillings with fiber stripes within, full of New Year atmosphere. Reasons for cracking: = Fillings’ not well wrapped (if room temperature is too hot and dough turns too soft, please put in the fridge to set before wrapping fillings) = Didn’t spray with water before baking cause dry dough surface = Too much moisture in the fillings Storage Method: After baked, let cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature, if using homemade fillings eat within 3-5 days.
