紫薯淡香,Q彈軟軔,好吃又健康的紫薯白糖糕,其實不難做,只要活躍的酵母和掌握好發酵的時間,一個成功又夢幻的的白糖糕就做成了!

材料:
200克 粘米粉
90克 細砂糖
600毫升水用來煮150克 紫薯(需要400毫升紫薯水)
4克酵母
1茶匙食用油
30毫升溫水
