一起来制作芒果流心淋面蛋糕。采用了之前录制过得柠檬酸奶牛油蛋糕为体,包围着马斯卡彭淡奶油糖霜,中间夹着芒果卡仕达浆和新鲜芒果丁。上面淋上芒果淋面,从蛋糕边沿滴落,超级诱人。这次采用了新鲜芒果来制作一款两用的芒果浆,即可用来做夹心卡仕达酱又可以淋面。这芒果酱食谱是芒果天然无色素、无白巧克力、无蛋食谱。切开蛋糕,满满芒果果肉,芒果流心爆浆,柠檬蛋糕酸甜绵密,加上蓬松淡香马斯卡彭糖霜,每一口都非常清爽新香。真的好吃,芒果铁粉必试~

收藏方式:收密封容器,普通冰箱3-5天,取决于鲜芒果本身可以存放多久。

Let’s make Mango Lava Drip Cake. Use previous filmed Lemon Yogurt Pound Cake recipe as cake base, surrounded by Mascarpone Whipped Cream Frosting, sandwiched with mango custard and fresh mango cubes. Topped with mango glaze, dripping from cake edges, super irresistible. This time, fresh mangoes are used to make dual-purpose mango sauce, as both custard and glaze. This mango sauce is natural no coloring, no white chocolate, eggless recipe. Cut cake open, loaded with mango pulp, mango lava oozing out, sweet tangy lemon pound cake, with light fluffy mascarpone frosting, every bite is so refreshing and fragrant. Really delicious, mango fans must try~

Storage Method: Keep in airtight container, chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh mango can last.

400g Mango Pulp 芒果果肉
100g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
240g Milk 牛奶
2.5g Salt 盐
60g Milk 牛奶
35g Cornstarch
22g Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (Sifted) 鲜榨柠檬汁(过筛)

=Mango Glaze 芒果淋面=
Remaining Mango Custard 剩余芒果卡斯达浆
+/-4tsp (20g) Water 水

=Mascarpone Frosting马斯卡彭糖霜=
6g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
30g Cold Water 冷水
180g Mascarpone Cheese (Cold) 马斯卡彭芝士(冷)
420g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
56g Icing Sugar糖粉
2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
