香蕉發糕 |無香精 |無蛋 |無奶 (素)Banana Huat Kueh |Fragrance Free | Egg Free | Milk Free (Vegetarian) #Banana Fatt Koh #發糕 香蕉小發糕 |無香精 |無蛋 |無奶 (素) Banana Fatt Koh /Banana Huat Kueh | 這款香蕉發糕,沒有添加香精,沒有雞蛋,也沒有牛奶,保留了香蕉和紅糖的原味,松軟可口,冷卻了也不會硬。也很適合拜祭神明,祖先。 材料 : 香蕉 150克 紅糖 50克 白糖 40克( 如果香蕉的甜度夠, 糖可以減少 10-20克 ) 清水 180克 粘米粉 50克 低筋面粉 150克 玉米油 20ml 泡打粉 1茶匙 (4克) 食用蘇打粉 3/4 茶匙 (3克) 做法 1. 香蕉去皮以叉壓爛成泥 2. 加入紅糖,白糖和清水混合均勻 3. 加入已過篩的低筋面粉和粘米粉, 輕拌均勻 5. 加入20毫升油,拌均勻, 最後加入 1茶匙 (4克)泡打粉和3/4 茶匙 (3克)蘇打粉, 拌均勻 6. 面糊倒進已鋪上發糕紙的模具內, 九分滿既可 7. 水煮沸後, 放入蒸鍋內大火蒸 20 分鐘既可熄火取出 8. 從模具中取出發糕, 放在蒸架上待涼 備註 : 1.我用 4.5cm X 3cm ( H) 的模具, 可做 13 個小發糕 ( 視紙杯的高度而定 ) 2.蒸的過程中不可打開蓋, 要大火蒸, 面糊要倒至九分滿 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This Banana Fatt Koh no added flavor, no eggs, and no milk.
