Rainbow transparent agar-agar Ingredients: 40g caster sugar 2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g) 1 tsp corn flour 420ml water 1-2 pandan leaves (knotted) Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, blue, blue, purple) *Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder and corn flour evenly, boil all the ingredients and set aside. Coconut milk agar-agar ingredients: 40g caster sugar 2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g) 1 tsp corn flour 220ml water 200ml coconut milk 1/4 tsp salt 1-2 pandan leaves (knotted) *Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder, and corn flour evenly. Bring to a boil first, then slowly pour in the thick coconut milk and re-boil slightly again, turn off the heat and set aside. (Don't boil the coconut milk, it will produce oil.
