来自制小时超爱的芝士面包棍。面团卷成长条棍型,上面撒上满满的马苏里拉芝士碎。发酵和烤到位,面包棍膨胀,芝士融化从面包四周流下,颜色黄金。烤好趁热撒上荷兰芹/白糖。撕开来吃,顶部脆芝士拉丝,内部结构柔软拉丝,蓬松回弹。咸香芝士+奶香面包,看了激发食欲,垂涎三尺。童年回味无穷。

收藏方式:烤好吃最佳。烤好放凉收密封塑料袋,室温3天。要保存更长,冷冻在冰库那里,吃前解冻即可。

Made childhood favorite Cheese Stick Bread. Dough is rolled into log stick shape, topped with loads of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. When dough is well fermented and baked, rolls expand, cheese melted dripping all around the buns, with golden brown color. Once baked, sprinkled with parsley/white sugar while hot. Tear apart, top crispy cheese stringpull, internal texture is soft, fluffy and stringpull. Salty cheese + milky bread fragrance, so irresistibly appetizing and drooling. Childhood nostalgia.

Storage Method: Best eaten after baked. Once baked, let cool and put in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature up to 3 days. To keep it longer, freeze it in the freezer, thaw before eating.

♦ Ingredient 材料
126g Milk (below 40C) 牛奶(40C以下)
3g Instant Dry Yeast速溶酵母
3g Caster Sugar细砂糖
250g Bread Flour/High Protein Flour高筋面粉
25g Caster Sugar细砂糖
2g Salt盐
56g Egg 鸡蛋
30g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)

=Toppings 顶部布置=
Milk 牛奶
170g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese马苏里拉芝士碎
Pinch of Parsley/White Sugar 少许荷兰芹/白糖

(Preheated Oven 180C/350F: 18-20minutes) (Halfway rotate baking tray to heat evenly)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)
(预热烤箱180C/350F: 18-20分钟) (中途转烤盘受热均匀)
(上下火,不开旋风,第四层烤)
