椰花酒在馬來西亞被譽為是「南洋的夢幻之酒」。 它是以椰花汁為原料發酵而成的,顏色呈半透明的乳白色,聞起來會有一股酸臭味,喝起來酸甜清爽,有提神醒腦的作用。拿來清蒸海鮮會帶清甜湯汁。椰花酒蒸蝦這道菜肴,清清甜甜,無需添加任何調味料。

大蝦 8-10只
椰花酒
姜 少許 (切絲)
枸杞 少許 (洗凈,備用)
蔥花 少許

做法:
1.將蝦洗凈,剪掉蝦槍和蝦須
2.用牙簽挑出蝦腸,洗凈
3.加入3湯匙椰花酒,將蝦放置腌漬30分鐘
4.把蝦和椰花酒倒入蒸盤中,撒上姜絲和枸杞
5.水滾後,放入蝦,大火蒸5分鐘
6.打開蓋後,趁熱,再倒入少許椰花酒,最後撒上蔥花裝飾即可

Tuak is known as "Nanyang's Dream Wine" in Malaysia. It is fermented with coconut flower juice as the raw material. The color is translucent and milky white. It smells sour and smells. Ingredients:
8-10 prawns
Tuak
A little ginger (shred)
A little wolf berry (wash and set aside)
Green onion

practice:
1. Wash the shrimp, cut off the shrimp head and shrimp whiskers
2. Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines and wash them
3. Add 3 tablespoons of Tuak, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes
4. Pour the shrimp and Tuak into the steaming dish, sprinkle with shredded ginger and wolf berry
5. After the water has boiled, add shrimp and steam for 5 minutes on high heat

6. After opening the lid, while it is hot, pour a little Tuak, and finally sprinkle with green onion for decoration
