這道甜品,是屬於古早味糖水,做法並不困難,只是,需要花一些時間煮沙谷米和準備薯粉丸。

材料:
橙色番薯 1條(大約150克)(去皮,切丁,泡在水中清洗)
黃色番薯 1條(大約150克)(去皮,切丁,泡在水中清洗)
紫色番薯 1條(大約150克)(去皮,切丁,泡在水中清洗)
芋頭 200克(去皮,切丁,泡在水中清洗)
香蕉 2條 (切片)

小沙谷米 20克
眉豆 40克 (泡浸4小時)

木薯粉 80克
幾滴青色素和紅色素
滾燙的沸水

清水 1300毫升
椰漿 400毫升
白糖 160克
鹽 1/2 茶匙
班蘭葉 2 片

做法:
1. 將番薯和芋頭,用中火蒸至熟透軟身
2. 倒入40克 眉豆入沸水中煮20分鐘左右至軟,撈起,備用
3. 制作薯粉丸:加入幾滴紅色素和青色素放入沸水中,倒入木薯粉(40克)中用湯匙攪拌,搓成團,再搓成長條,撒上少許木薯粉,切粒,然後將薯粉丸煮至薯粉丸浮起,撈出,過一過冷水,備用。
4. 倒入20克 沙谷米入沸水中煮至透明狀態,撈起,過一過冷水,備用
5. 鍋裏放入1300毫升清水,加入160克白糖和 班蘭葉,煮至沸騰
6. 把番薯和芋頭,薯粉丸,沙谷米,香蕉加入糖水中,煮約10分鐘
7. 最後加入400毫升椰漿和半茶匙鹽,小火煮至微滾即可

Ingredients:
1 orange sweet potato (about 150 g)
1 yellow sweet potato (about 150 g)
1 purple sweet potato (about 150 g)
Taro 200g
2 bananas

20g Sago
40g eyebrow beans (soaked for 4 hours)

80g Tapioca flour (40g for red color and 40g for green color )
Food coloring (red and green)
Boiling hot water

1300ml water
400 ml coconut milk
160g white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves

Practice:
1. Steam the sweet potatoes and taro over medium heat until cooked and soft
2. Pour 40g of eyebrow beans into boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes until soft, pick up and set aside
3. Make Tapioca balls: Add a few drops of red food coloring and green food coloring into boiling water, separately pour into Tapioca flour (40g) and stir with a spoon, knead into a ball, then knead into long strips, sprinkle a little Tapioca flour, and diced , And then boil the Tapioca balls until float, pick up, pass in cold water, and set aside.
4. Pour 20g of sago into boiling water and boil until transparent, pick up, pass in cold water, set aside
5. Put 1300ml water in the pot, add 160g sugar and pandan leaves, and boil until boiling
6. Add sweet potatoes and taro, Tapioca balls, sago , bananas to sugar syrup and cook for about 10 minutes
7. Finally, add 400ml coconut milk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and simmer until slightly boiled.
