大年初九拜天公,肯定少不了米糕,材料其實都很簡單,大家不妨試試看!

材料:
糯米 300克
椰漿 200毫升
砂糖 100克

做法:
1.將300克糯米清洗,再泡水浸2小時,2小時後,瀝幹水分
2.將糯米放入鐵盤,加入100毫升的水,中火蒸40分鐘 (間中開蓋翻拌2至3次,再灑少許水),將蒸熟好的糯米放置一旁
3.將200毫升椰漿和100克白糖倒入鍋裏,加入2條斑蘭葉(打結),開小火翻炒至白糖完全溶解和煮至椰漿微滾
4.將糯米倒入椰漿中,炒勻至糯米幹身,粘稠成團即可。
5.將糯米放入小盤子中,壓緊弄平,再用紅棗在米糕上作為點綴。

Glutinous Rice Kueh/ Bee Koh
Ingredients:
300g glutinous rice
200ml coconut milk
100g Sugar

Practice:
1. Wash 300g of glutinous rice, soak in water for 2 hours, and drain the water after 2 hours
2. Put the glutinous rice in an iron pan, add 100ml of water, and steam on medium heat for 40 minutes (open the lid and mix 2 to 3 times, sprinkle a little water), and set the steamed glutinous rice aside
3. Pour 200ml of coconut milk and 100g of sugar into the pot, add 2 strips of pandan leaves (knotted), stir-fry on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and boil until the coconut milk is slightly boiled
4. Pour the glutinous rice into the coconut milk and stir-fry until the glutinous rice is dry and sticky.
5. Put the glutinous rice into a small plate, press and smooth, and then use red dates to garnish the rice cake.
