簡易粘米粉發糕(適合祭祖,拜拜)Steamed Fatt Koh/Huat Kueh #粘米粉發糕 #Fatt Koh #Huat Kueh 簡易粘米粉發糕,做法快速,簡單,15分鐘就搞定! 每逢初一十五,大日子都可以做來拜拜! 簡易粘米粉發糕(適合祭祖,拜拜) Steamed Fatt Koh/Huat Kueh 材料: 300克 粘米粉 100克 細砂糖 300ml 水 1茶匙半 原味以羅(約5克) 分量: 14粒 發糕 (紙杯 :5.5cm 寬x 3cm高) 發糕做法: 1.將300克 粘米粉,100克 細砂糖,300ml 清水混合,攪拌均勻。 2.滴上少許的粉紅色素 3.加入1茶匙半的以羅(約5克)拌勻。 4.麵糊倒入紙杯裏(9分滿),水滾後,以大火蒸15分鐘。 註意: 1.水要多,要滾才放發糕去蒸。 2.必須開大火,蒸發糕期間不能開蓋來看。 Steamed coloring Fatt Koh/Huat Kueh Ingredients: 300g rice flour 100g caster sugar 300ml water 1 1/2 teaspoon Original Eno (about 5g) Weight: 14 pcs Huat Kueh (paper cup: 5.5cm wide x 3cm high) 1. Mix 300g of rice flour , 100g of caster sugar, and 300ml of water. 2. Add drop of pink food coloring 3. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon Original Eno (about 5g) and mix well. 4.
