三菇燴西蘭花 (素)Braised Broccoli with Three Mushrooms (Vegetarian) #西蘭花炒菇 #Braised Broccoli with Mushrooms 三菇燴西蘭花 (素) Braised Broccoli with Three Mushrooms (Vegetarian) 材料: 西蘭花 1棵 (切成一朵朵) 白玉菇 適量 (切掉根部,洗凈) 蟹味菇 適量 (切掉根部,洗凈) 草菇 適量(切開2-4半,洗凈) 紅蘿蔔 半條 (切花) 姜 少許 (切絲) 包裝白果 1包 (洗凈) 調味: 醬油 1湯匙 蠔油 1湯匙 白胡椒粉 少許 勾芡: 1茶匙玉米粉 2湯匙水 做法: 1. 西蘭花加入1茶匙鹽泡浸5-10分鐘,燴水 (加入幾滴油,讓顔色翠綠) 2. 調味:1湯匙醬油,1湯匙蠔油 加少許水混合均勻,備用 3. 煮一鍋熱水,將西蘭花煮熟,撈出瀝幹水分 4. 熱鍋,放入少許油,將姜絲爆香 5. 加入紅蘿蔔,白果炒一炒 6. 加入草菇,白玉菇,蟹味菇 兜勻 7. 加入調味料,少許白胡椒粉,加入少許水,略煮一會兒 8. 最後勾芡,出鍋,放入圍成圓圈的西蘭花中 Braised Broccoli with Three Mushrooms (Vegetarian) Ingredients: 1 broccoli (cut into single blossoms) White bunashimeji mushroom(cut off the root and wash) Brown bunashimeji mushroom (cut off the roots, wash) Straw mushrooms moderate amount (cut 2-4 halves and wash) Half carrot (cut flower) Ginger (shred) 1 pack of ginkgo (washed) Seasoning: 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce A little white Pepper Thicken: 1 teaspoon corn starch 2 tbsp water Practice: 1. Add 1 tsp of salt and soak the broccoli for 5-10 minutes, and simmer in water (add a few drops of oil to make the color green) 2.
