桂花翅 Osmanthus Eggs with imitation Shark Fin #桂花鱼翅 #Osmanthus Eggs with imitation Shark Fin 桂花翅,也是一道賀年的硬菜,大人小孩都愛!桂花翅做法看似很複雜,其實這道菜,非常的簡單,我們且看看色澤金黃幹香撲鼻的桂花翅是怎麼做的吧! 桂花翅 Osmanthus Eggs with imitation Shark Fin (Kwai Fa Chi) 材料: 雞蛋-3粒 4條 蟹柳-4條 (切片,拔絲) 香菇-4朵 (切絲) 紅蘿蔔-半條 (刨絲) 青蔥-1棵 (切絲) 素魚翅/冬粉-1小 把 (泡軟) 調味料: 1茶匙 醬油 少許胡椒粉 少許鹽 紹興酒 1大匙 做法: 1.3粒鷄蛋 ,加入少許鹽和胡椒粉,打散,備用 2.燒熱油,加入香菇絲和紅蘿蔔絲略炒。 3.加入蟹柳絲,青蔥絲,素魚翅/冬粉略炒,撈起,備用 4.鍋裏倒些油,加入鷄蛋中火兜抄,弄散 5.加入之前炒好的材料,加入調味料(少許胡椒粉,1茶匙 醬油,1湯匙 麻油),中火兜抄均勻。 6.出鍋前,加入1湯匙 紹興酒 兜抄均勻。 Osmanthus Eggs with imitation Shark Fin (Kwai Fa Chi) Ingredients: 3 eggs 4 imitation crab sticks(sliced, pull become strips) Shiitake Mushrooms-4 (sliced) Carrot-half (shredded) Green onion (shredded) imitation shark fin/glass noodle seasoning: 1 teaspoon soy sauce A pinch of pepper A pinch of salt 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine practice: 1.Beat3 eggs, add a little salt and pepper,set aside 2.Heat the oil, add sliced shiitake mushrooms and shredded carrots and stir-fry. 3.Add strips imitation crab, shredded green onion, imitation shark fin and stir-fry slightly, pick up and set aside 4.Pour some oil in the pan, fry the eggs on medium heat to disperse 5.Add the previously fried ingredients and seasonings (a little pepper, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil), and mix well over medium heat. 6.Before serving, add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine and mix evenly Shadajie Kitchen 傻大姐美食厨房 更多视频/文章……
