材料:
玉米脆片 conflake - 150克
鹹蛋黃 3粒 (篜熟壓碎)
牛油 50克
紅色小米椒 2條切碎(喜歡超辣的可以多放)
咖喱葉 50-60片
調味料- 鹽和糖(適量)

做法:
1、用小火將牛油煮溶
2、放入咖喱葉,紅色小米椒,稍微炒香
3. 然後放入鹹蛋黃,開中火慢慢炒到融化變很多的細泡泡
4. 接著把150克 玉米脆片放入,再加入少少鹽和1大匙糖,轉囘小火,炒到幹身就可以了。
5. 如果要更酥脆,把它放入烤箱預熱烤箱,160度,烤8分鐘
6. 冷卻後,裝入密封的罐子裏
