今天来做特殊般脆片,玉米杏仁脆片。比更传统杏仁脆片,我本身更爱这款了。做好两下家人就吃完,因为真的很好吃。超容易做,制作过程前后30分钟就搞定可以吃了。采用了原味玉米片和杏仁片,烤至麦芽糖粉融化沸腾粘合。颜色黄金趁热切,可切成可爱圆形和平整方块。满满杏仁+玉米+芝麻香。口感超好,每一口都脆至掉渣,且不粘牙,很薄,很香,很脆,可口~~ 满满新年气氛。
=用不同烤盘,请上网查询Cake Pan Converter Calculator来根据烤盘尺寸准确调整食谱
=一定要用麦芽糖粉,普通糖粉Icing Sugar不能用哦
=一定要用羊皮纸/油纸/硅胶垫 (顺滑硅胶表面)才能防粘脱模,普通烤纸/蜡纸都不能哦~

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,收密封容器室温保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。

Today, made special version crisps, Cornflake Almond Crisps/Florentine Cookies. I love this one more than the traditional Almond Crisps. Once done, family finished them in blink of an eye, because it's really delicious. Super easy to make, ready to eat in 30 minutes for the whole making process. Original flavor cornflakes and almond flakes are used in this recipe, bake until Florentine Powder melted and boiled. Cut while golden and hot, into cute round and squares neatly without crushing. Full of aroma of almonds + corn + sesame seeds. Super good texture, every bite is so crispy till crumble fall, yet not sticky, very thin, very fragrant, very crispy, and delicious~~ full of New Year's atmosphere.
=Use different baking tray, please search online for Cake Pan Converter Calculator to adjust recipe accurately according to your pan size.
=Must use Florentine Powder, can’t use normal Icing Sugar.
=Must use Parchment Paper/Silpat (with smooth silicone surface) for non-stick and easy unmoulding, can’t use normal Baking Paper/Wax Paper.

Storage Method: After baked, let cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.

130克 杏仁片 (预热烤箱150C:5分钟,上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
130克 玉米片(原味)
1克 盐
5克 白芝麻
5克 黑芝麻
130克 麦芽糖粉

(预热烤箱170C: 10-13分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)

♦Recipe =Rectangle Baking Tray 15.5’x13’ inch)
130g Almond Flakes (Preheated Oven 150C: 5minutes, Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
130g Cornflakes (Original)
1g Salt
5g White Sesame Seeds
5g Black Sesame Seeds
130g Florentine Powder
 
(Preheated Oven 170C: 10-13minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
