The making process is super straightforward, no need to whip egg white meringue/ butter sugar till fluff, yet the cake is still moist, neat and firm. The cake is made with honey and 4 kinds of spices (Cinnamon, Five Spices, Nutmeg, Cloves), full of flavors. This time, the new mould ALKO Assorted Christmas Cup Pan has a very good non-stick effect. No grease needed, yet can easily unmould after baking, and also clearly imprint the original detailed contour of the mold. I tested it directly with Compound Chocolate, which, like art painting, can add colors according to the mold lines. If the chocolate shell is thick enough, it can be easily unmoulded together with the cake, while still retain the exact mould pattern of Snowman, Christmas Tree and Santa Claus Face. The shape is exquisite, beautiful and cute. Storage Method: Best eaten once done. Put in airtight airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days, chill in normal fridge for 7days.
