一起来迷你邦特蛋糕，非常可爱，一个一口吃完。采用了制作方式超直接的牛油蛋糕为体，不需要打发蛋白霜/牛油糖等，口感依然湿润，且绵密扎实。Stadter邦特模具每个小连中间有洞口像戚风模具一样，帮助蛋糕快速均匀烤熟，所以烤盘不需要抹油，个个烤出来颜色黄金高度均匀。Stadter邦特模具防粘效果也很好，我就直接用免调温巧克力（Compound Chocolate）测试了。即便中间有孔，巧克力壳依然可以连同蛋糕轻易脱模，且保留了模具漂亮可爱的邦特花纹。。这牛油蛋糕很香，湿润且绵密，搭配跟顶部的黑巧克力壳衬托，口感口味跟小时爱吃的Apollo 巧克力蛋糕很相似。童年回忆，回味无穷~

收藏方式：做好立刻吃最佳。收密封容器，室温３天，普通冰箱7天。要保存更长，冷冻在冰库那里，吃前解冻即可。

Let’s make Mini Bundt Cakes, which are so cute, can be eaten in single bite. The super direct method butter cake is used as the body, no need to whip egg white meringue/ butter sugar till fluff, yet the cake is still moist, neat and firm. Each small cavity for Stadter Bundt Pan has a hole in center like chiffon cake pan to help cooked quickly and evenly, no need to grease pan, each of the cakes are golden with even height. The nonstick effect of Stadter Bundt Pan is very good, I directly used Compound Chocolate to test it. Even when there is hole in the middle, chocolate shell can still be easily unmoulded together with cake, imprinted beautiful and lovely fluted Bundt pan pattern. . This butter cake is so fragrant, moist and neat, paired with dark chocolate shell on top, texture and taste are very similar to Apollo Chocolate Cake that we love since young, childhood memories, endless nostalgic tastes~

Storage Method: Best eaten once done. Put in airtight airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days, chill in normal fridge for 7days. To keep it longer, freeze it in the freezer, thaw before eating.

80克动物性淡奶油 (冷)
6克白醋/柠檬汁
110克普通中筋面粉
2.5克泡打粉
2克盐
80克无盐牛油（软化）
110克细砂糖
2颗鸡蛋（110克蛋液）
2.5克香草精

(预热烤箱180C:10-15分钟)
(上下火，不开旋风，第4层烤)

80克融化免调温黑巧克力（包装无可可脂成分）
糖霜球粒

80g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)
6g White Vinegar/Lemon Juice
110g All Purpose Flour
2.5g Baking Powder
2g Salt
80g Unsalted Butter (Soften)
110g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs (110g Egg Liquid)
2.5g Vanilla Extract
(Preheated Oven 180C: 10-15minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)
