杏仁瓜子瓦片,脆脆的口感、越吃越香,會停不了口,弄得越薄越脆好吃哦。這個算是做法最簡單,容易的一款新年餅了,其實就是把材料完全混合均勻,放入烤箱烤至金黃色即可。

材料:
杏仁片 100克
南瓜仔 50克
葵花子 50克
麥芽糖粉 120 克 (Florentine powder 蛋糕用品烘培店就可以找到了)
黑芝麻 1湯匙
白芝麻 1湯匙


做法:
1. 將100克 杏仁片,50克 南瓜仔,50克 葵花子和120克 麥芽糖粉混合均勻
2. 在14x9寸(36cm x23cm) 烤盤上,鋪上一層不沾油紙
3. 將混合好的杏仁瓜子倒入烤盤中,將混合物鋪均勻在烤盤上
4. 1湯匙 黑芝麻和 1湯匙 白芝麻混合均勻,撒均勻在杏仁南瓜籽上
4. 預熱烤箱,150度,烤18-20 分鐘(最後3分鐘觀察顔色)
5. 出爐後,杏仁瓜子還帶軟,必須快手的用刀切片,不然冷卻後很難切片
6. 剛烤出來不會即時硬硬的,待涼後,就會脆蔔蔔了

4. Preheat the oven, 150 degrees, bake for 20 minutes (observe the color in the last 3 minutes)
