上期影片你猜对吗?今天继续用上期的柔软餐包来制作韩国网红蒜香奶酪包。把圆鼓鼓的餐包平分成6瓣,像花一样撑开。餐包内部裱上奶油芝士馅,再淋上满满的蒜头浆盖满整颗餐包,烤至蒜浆沸腾,餐包外皮黄金。新鲜出炉最好吃,满屋蒜香味。掰开来很方便,外皮酥脆,内部完全吸收了牛油蒜香,中间还有芝士暴浆。搭配起来,口感很好,口味丰富。
上期餐包非常柔软,建议不盖风干一会儿,方便切割和吸收浆料过程哦。烤时注意温度,根据自家烤箱拿捏。

收藏方式:烤好新鲜吃口感最佳。烤好凉透收密封容器放普通冰箱2-3天,吃前解冻,toaster中火烤热,放凉外皮酥回,温吃。

Did you guess correctly in previous video? Today I continue to use the soft dinner buns from the previous episode to make viral Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread. Score plumped buns into 6 petals and prop open like flowers. Pipe cream cheese fillings within the buns, cover whole buns with garlic sauce. Bake until the garlic sauce boiled and crust turn golden. Best eaten freshly baked, with garlic fragrance all over the house. Convenient to pull apart, crispy exterior crust, the buns’ interior completely absorbs butter garlic flavor, with cheese lava in the middle. Good texture with rich flavor.
Last episode’s dinner bun is very soft, recommend to leave it uncovered air-dried for a while to facilitate the process of cutting and absorbing fillings. Take note on oven temperature when baking, adjust according to your own oven.

Storage Method: Best eaten once freshly baked. After baked and cooled completely, put in airtight container chill in normal fridge within 2-3 days. Thaw and toast over medium heat before eating. Let cool till crust crispy back and eat warm.

25克 蒜头(切碎)
60克 无盐牛油 (融化)
1.5克 盐
15克 蜜糖
1颗 蛋黄
15克 动物性淡奶油 (室温)
1.5克 荷兰芹

=芝士馅料=
100克 奶油芝士 (软化)
13克 细纱糖
24克 动物性淡奶油 (冷)

(预热烤箱180C: 10-15分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,第4层烤)

25g Garlic (Minced)
60g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
1.5g Salt
15g Honey
1 Egg Yolk
15g Dairy Whipping Cream (Room temperature)
1.5g Dried Parsley

=Cheese Fillings=
100g Cream Cheese (Soften)
13g Caster Sugar
24g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)

(Preheated Oven 180C: 10-15minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)
