傳統蒸雞蛋糕 Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake #蒸雞蛋糕 #Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake 不用焗爐,不用泡打粉,四種簡單材料,蛋香四溢😋,在家輕鬆做到。加入汽水的傳統蒸雞蛋糕,開花的效果很好,蛋糕體不會太乾,口感綿密濕潤,蛋香四溢😋 分量 :1個7寸的竹籠(7cm高x18cm寬) 材料: 3粒 雞蛋 200克 細糖 240克 底筋面粉/中筋麵粉 160ml 汽水(100 Plus /ice-cream soda/7 up) 做法: 1.將3粒 雞蛋和 200克幼糖以高速打發成乳白色(大約7-8分鐘) 2.將240克底筋面粉分3次篩入, 160ml汽水也分3次加入,用輕盈的方式攪拌,攪拌均勻即可,無需過度攪拌 3.將油紙鋪7寸竹籠裏(用竹籠比較容易發) 4.將面糊倒入竹籠 5.熱水下鍋,大火蒸35分鐘即可。 Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake Ingredients: 3 eggs 200g fine sugar 240 g cake flour /all purpuse flour 160ml isotonic drink (100 Plus /ice-cream soda/7 up) practice: 1.
