Ingredients for batter (米糊材料):
300g rice flour (粘米粉)
75g tapioca starch (木薯粉)
1000ml water (水)
1 1/2 tsp salt (盐)

Ingredients (材料):
200g chopped preserved radish(菜脯碎)
300g bean sprout (豆芽)
50g chives (韭菜)
200g prawn (虾仁)
6 eggs (鸡蛋)
Chili paste (辣椒糊)
Some chopped garlic (蒜茸)
Cooking oil (适量食油)

Seasoning (调味料):
100ml warm water (温水)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar (糖)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
2 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
3 tbsp fish sauce (鱼露)
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)

Serves : 5-6
