#Fried Prawns with Soy Sauce Easy Recipe


豉油王大蝦其實製作不難,就簡單的幾樣材料,你也可以做出大廚的味道。

材料:
大蝦 9-10只
蒜蓉 少許
蔥卷

醬汁:
Apple Brand 天然頭抽 2湯匙
Apple Brand 天然生嗮油王 1湯匙
紹興酒 1湯匙

做法:

1.大蝦抽出蝦腸,用水洗幹凈

2.熱鍋,下油,大蝦煎8分熟後撈起備用

3.爆香蒜蓉,加入大蝦爆炒片刻後,加入2湯匙天然頭抽和1湯匙天然生曬油王以及1茶匙砂糖爆炒均勻

4.最後加入1湯匙紹興酒,汁收乾,即可盛碟。

Fried Prawns with Soy Sauce Easy Recipe

Ingredients:Prawns,Minced garlic,Scallion Roll

Sauce:
Apple Brand golden light soya sauce 2 Tbsp
Apple Brand Deluxe thick soya sauce 1 Tbsp


practice:

1. Wash the prawns, chop off their heads and take out the shrimp intestines.

2. Add oil, fry the prawns ,then pick up and set aside

3. Saute the garlic, add the prawns and stir-fry for a while, add 2 tablespoons golden light soya sauce, 1 Deluxe thick soya sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir-fry


4.Finally add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine and then serve.
