今天来做经典苹果派。我喜欢较甜不太酸的口味,所以采用了红苹果。喜欢酸的你,可以选择青苹果。选较硬和脆的苹果烤出来口感更好。黄金香酥的挞皮,满满的苹果棕糖馅料,里面藏着香脆核桃,上面裹上美丽的格子编织布置。温苹果派搭配冰冷香草雪糕,外酥内软,冰火混合,酸甜香脆,口感十足,漂亮好吃。
收藏方式:凉透,收在密封容器,室温可存留2-3天,收冰箱存留一个星期左右,吃前toaster弄热温吃。

Let’s make Classic Apple Pie today. I prefer sweeter and less sour taste, so I used red apples. For you that like sour taste can use green apples. Highly recommended to choose harder and crisp apples for better texture. The golden flaky pie crust, loaded with apple brown sugar fillings, with hidden crunchy walnuts, covered with beautiful lattice weave design on top. The warm apple pie is perfectly paired with ice-cold vanilla ice cream. Crispy outside, soft inside, a mix of ice & fire, sweet & sour, crispy &fragrant, full of texture, beautiful and delicious.
Storage Method: cool thoroughly, store in an airtight container, keep at room temperature for 2-3 days, store in the normal fridge for about a week, reheat with toaster, eat warm.

300克 普通面粉
15克 细纱糖
3克 盐
17-20克 冷水

=苹果馅料=
2颗 大苹果 (Fuji, Royal Gala, Granny Smith 青苹果)
28克 无盐牛油
60克 棕糖
1.5克 盐
2克 肉桂粉
3克 柠檬皮
20-25克 柠檬汁
4.5克 玉米淀粉
7.5克 水
40克 核桃
1个蛋 (蛋液)

(预热烤箱 (190C): 35分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)

15g Castor Sugar
3g Salt
17-20g Cold Water

2pcs Big apples (Fuji, Royal Gala, Granny Smith)
28g Unsalted Butter
60g Brown Sugar
1.5g Salt
2g Ground Cinnamon
3g Lemon Zest
20-25g Lemon Juice
4.5g Corn Starch
7.5g Water
40g Walnuts
1 Egg (Egg Wash)

(Preheated Oven (190C): 35minutes
(Top bottom heat, no fan force, Middle rack)
