鸡肉派食谱|香酥挞饼皮|How To Make Chicken Pot Pie Recipe|Flaky Tart Shell ♦挞派食谱Tart Recipe:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-z50Pxpx9Q0FHZDRht7tX0i4J9RBS8K0 ♦Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/iwen777 ♦Instagram ID: iwen777 最近一直下雨,来做一个暖心食谱,大型的鸡肉派。今天用了大型深底的挞磨来制作,上面还有简单小花型布置,看起来更高贵壮观。外层香酥黄金派皮,里面有满满丰富的馅料。引用鸡肉,蘑菇,西兰花,马铃薯,萝卜等用自制鸡高汤慢慢的熬制成浓稠的派馅浆汁。外酥内软,吃下去每一口都很幸福,暖心。 ♦烤好放凉再脱磨,不然馅料松散,饼皮塌裂哦~ ♦烤好放凉收在密封塑容器,放普通冰箱3-5天,要更久收冰库冷冻。要吃前解冻,用toaster弄热回温,饼皮回酥好吃。 It has been raining lately, let’s make a heart-warming comfort food, a giant chicken pot pie. Today, I used a large deep tart mould to make it, with simple mini flower shaped decoration on top, which looks elegant and grand. The flaky golden pie crust is loaded with rich fillings within. Using chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, potatoes, carrots, etc., slowly simmer with homemade chicken broth into a thick pie filling gravy. Flaky outside soft tender inside, every bite is filled with joy comfort heart-warming. ♦Bake and let cool before unmoulding, otherwise the filling will loosen and the crust will collapse~ ♦After baked and cooled, keep in airtight container, store in normal fridge for 3-5 days. For longer storage freeze it in the freezer.
