肉末蒸蛋, 簡單做法蒸出滑嫩美味 Steamed Eggs with Minced Pork #蒸蛋 #傻大姐美食廚房 肉末蒸蛋, 簡單做法蒸出滑嫩美味 Steamed Eggs with Minced Pork 材料: 雞蛋 3顆 豬肉末 100克 小蔥 2粒 (切末) 青蔥 2棵(切末,分開蔥白和青蔥) 醬油王 1湯匙 嗮油 1湯匙 胡椒粉 適量 鹽 半茶匙 辣椒末 (點綴作用,也可以不放) Ingredient: 3 eggs Ground pork 100g 2 shallots 2 spring onions 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon deluxe thick soy sauce white pepper salt 做法: 1.將3顆蛋放入碗中,打勻,加入1倍半的水 2.加入少許鹽和胡椒粉,攪拌均勻 3.用濾網濾出氣泡與沒打散的蛋液 4.放入滾水或電鍋中,中火蒸約10分鐘 5.燒油,放入蔥末爆香 6.加入豬肉末,煸炒 7.再放入白蔥末,拌炒 8.加入醬油、黑嗮油、胡椒粉,少許鹽,再加點水,關小火煨煮 9.最後加入青蔥末 10.取出蒸蛋,鋪上肉末,完成 p/s :裝飾可以加點辣椒末和青蔥末 1.
