金瓜喜粄 Hakka Steamed Pumpkin Bun #喜板 #客家發糕 #Hee Ban 金瓜喜粄 Hakka Steamed Pumpkin Bun 這個金瓜喜粄是用純金瓜來制作, 所以有著非常漂亮和鮮艷的金黃色。 金瓜喜粄 份量:12-15粒 材料: 200克 金瓜 200克 面粉(過篩) 100克 水磨糯米粉(過篩) 1茶匙 酵母 100克 糖 100ml 水 20克 油 2片 香蕉葉 準備功夫: 1. 200g金瓜去皮切片,大火蒸15分鐘/熟,壓成泥 2. 把100克砂糖加入金瓜泥拌勻,擱置壹旁,冷卻 3. 金瓜泥冷卻後加入1茶匙酵母 4. 香蕉葉抹凈,剪成15小圓片,放著待用 做法: 1. 200克 面粉(過篩)和 100克水磨糯米粉(過篩)兩種粉混合,拌勻 2. 加入金瓜泥,和加入100ml 水搓成粉團 3. 蕉葉上抹點油,然後手沾點油,把面團放在手心上搓圓,搓圓後,放入香蕉葉,放上蒸籠,發酵45分鐘 3. 水煮開後,把喜板放入蒸鍋,蓋上鍋蓋,大火蒸約15分鐘 4. 15分鐘後,熄火,鍋蓋開縫透氣約2分鐘 5. 取出喜板,趁熱享用,口感最佳 Hakka Steamed Pumpkin Bun(Hee Ban) Serving size: 12-15 pcs material: 200g pumpkin 200g plain flour (sifted) 100g glutinous rice flour (sifted) 1 teaspoon yeast 100g sugar 100ml water 20g oil 2 banana leaves Preparation effort: 1. 200g pumpkin peeled and sliced, steamed on high heat for 15 minutes,pressed into puree 2.
