普通煎松饼相信大家有尝试过,那蓬松软软的舒芙蕾松饼,有吃过吗?我在一家奶茶店尝试过后就决定来自己做来吃。 方式不会太难,掌握面糊浓凑度就可以成功哦。内部结构真蓬松。 高高叠层的舒芙蕾松饼,顶上一块冷牛油,再淋上蜂蜜。一层层,一滴滴流下的蜂蜜,看了真舒服,垂涎三尺。

I believe everyone has tried ordinary pancakes. Have you ever tried that fluffy and soft Soufflé Pancake? After trying it in a milktea shop, I decided to make it myself. The method is not too difficult, you can succeed by mastering consistency of batter. The internal texture is really fluffy. Highly stacked souffle Pancakes, topped with a piece of cold butter and drizzled with honey. Layer by layer, drop by drop of honey dripping down, just really satisfying to watch, and drooled.

♦食谱
=5颗松饼=
2颗 蛋黄 (58-60克蛋 参壳)
20克 全脂牛奶
10克 植物油
¼茶匙 香草精
30克 中筋面粉
¼茶匙 盐
3颗 蛋白(58-60克蛋 参壳)
1茶匙 白醋
40克 细纱糖
(小火 每面煎3-4分钟)

=配料=
有盐牛油 (冷)
蜂蜜
糖粉

♦Recipe
=5pcs Pancakes=
2 Egg Yolks (58-60g Egg including shell)
20g Full Cream Milk
10g Vegetable Oil
¼tsp Vanilla Extract
30g All Purpose Flour
¼tsp Salt
3 Egg Whites (58-60g Egg including shell)
1tsp White Vinegar
40g Castor Sugar
(Low Heat Panfry 3-4minutes each side)

=Toppings=
Salted Butter (Cold)
Honey
Icing Sugar
