Lotus Biscoff Cake 焦糖饼干蛋糕

Ingredients :
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
1 whole egg (全蛋)

80g Lotus Biscoff crunchy spread (焦糖饼干酱)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
60ml Milk(鲜奶)
100g plain flour(普通面粉)
20g rice flour or corn starch (粘米粉或玉米粉)

5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
70g sugar (细砂糖)

6 pieces of Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (焦糖饼干碎)
