Continuing from last episode's pineapple jam, today we continue to make the "pineapple tart cookies". In this recipe, the cookies have melt in the mouth texture as soon as you bite them. The soft, milky buttery flavored cookies base with homemade pineapple jam within. With the traditional CNY Cookies wrapped appearance, sweet and sour taste, you will fill with CNY atmosphere after eating them.
