Today, will teach all of you how to make your own homemade pineapple jam at home. Sweetness, spices, and acidity can be adjusted according to your preference. This jam is made from fresh pineapples, however also it will be fresher and sweeter than store-bought jam. It's best to be used for making New Year's Pineapple Cookies. ♦食谱(8克酱x80粒 或 4克酱x120粒)
2200克 (4颗) 黄梨
2颗 八角
½茶匙 肉桂粉
450-500克 细纱糖**
½颗 柠檬皮
½颗 柠檬汁(鲜渣)

♦Recipe (8g jamx80pcs or 4g jamx120pcs)
2200g (4pcs) Pineapple
2pcs Star Anise
½tsp Ground Cinnamon
450-500g Castor Sugar
½pc Lemon Zest
½pc Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
