圣诞佳节快到咯!我圣诞期间喜欢做瑞士蛋糕卷,之前作了传统圣诞木头蛋糕。今天来个“龙卷风蛋糕卷”,一口可以吃到两个口味,巧克力+香草口味很搭。切开来里面有龙卷风的花纹,好漂亮。这软绵绵即湿润的戚风蛋糕,里面还有一点点雪白轻盈蓬松的淡奶油糖霜,不甜不腻,作来吃吧~


Christmas season is coming soon! I like to make Swiss rolls during Christmas, and previously I’ve made traditional Christmas Yule Log Cake. Today, I made a “Hurricane Swiss Roll Cake", where you can taste two flavors in one bite. The chocolate + vanilla flavor combination is quite matching. When slice into it, you will see hurricane pattern inside, so beautiful. This soft fluffy yet moist chiffon cake, with little bit of white and light fluffy whipped cream frosting, not overly sweet nor greasy, let's try it~

60克 牛奶
40克 植物油
4颗 蛋黄
15克 细纱糖
¼茶匙 盐
½茶匙 香草精
75克 低筋面粉
4颗 蛋白
¼茶匙 塔塔粉
60克 细纱糖
10克 无糖可可粉
20克 温水
(烤箱170C: 15分钟)

=奶油糖霜=
½ 杯 (120毫升) 奶油 (冷)
1½ 汤匙 糖粉
1汤匙 面粉(烤过)
¼茶匙 香草精

=9'x9'inch Square Pan=
=Chiffon Cake=
60g Milk
40g Vegetable Oil
4 Egg Yolks
15g Castor Sugar
¼tsp Salt
½tsp Vanilla Extract
75g Cake Flour
4 Egg Whites
¼tsp Cream of Tartar
60g Castor Sugar
10g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
20g Warm Water
(Oven 170C: 15minutes)

=Whipped Cream Frosting=
½Cup (120ml) Whipping Cream (Cold)
1½Tbsp Icing Sugar
1Tbsp Flour (Baked)
¼tsp Vanilla Extract
