好多人要求做的食谱,今天来个升级版的“脆皮泡芙”。跟传统泡芙相似,不过多了一层饼干脆皮在上面,吃起来口感更好。真的是够厉害“泡芙”膨胀~
充满蛋香味的泡芙壳加上外层脆皮,里面藏着蓬松冰冷的奶油糖霜,和酸甜的樱桃馅料,不甜腻真清爽~哈哈

Many people have requested for this recipe, today we have an upgrade version "Crispy Cream Puffs"/ Choux Au Craqueline Pastry Recipe. Similar to traditional cream puff, but with additional crispy crumbly topping, which add on its texture. It’s really good at “puff”, expansion~
Cream puff shell/Choux is full of egg aroma and additional crisp from its crumbly topping, with a fluffy, cold whipped cream frosting within, and tangy sweet cherry fillings, not to greasy or overly sweet, taste really refreshing~ haha

57克 普通面粉
½茶匙 盐
45.5克 棕糖
51克 无盐牛油

(烤箱190C/375F: 20-25分钟)

过筛糖粉

45.5g Light Brown Sugar
51g Unsalted Butter
