Ingredients :
Water dough (水皮):
75g plain flour (普通面粉/中筋面粉)
10g icing sugar (糖粉)
5g cocoa powder (可可粉)
20g(无水奶油)
40ml water(水)

Oil dough(油皮):
60g plain flour(普通面粉/中筋面粉)
30g ghee(无水奶油)

Filling (馅料):
120g toasted walnuts, chopped (烘香核桃,切碎)
40g dried Longan meat, coatsely chopped (桂圆/龙眼干,稍微切碎)
1 tbsp fired glutinous rice flour (糕粉)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
25ml Water (水)
