相信大家都很熟悉Line Apps 里的“Brown Bear=熊大”吧!很深受大家喜爱。所以,今天我把他做成一个超好吃的蛋糕了。
用我最爱的潮湿巧克力蛋糕,搭配跟浓厚的巧克力浆和烤香的核桃碎片在每一口。巧克力狂的最爱~
I believe everyone is familiar with "Brown Bear” in Line Apps! Very popular Line character loved by all. So today I made him into a super delicious cake.

Using my all-time favorite moist Chocolate Cake paired with a thick rich chocolate ganache and roasted walnut pieces in every bite. Surely Chocolate lovers’ favorite ~

=巧克力浆奶油糖霜=
1杯(240毫升) 冷淡奶油
½杯 巧克力浆 (剩余)

=Chocolate Ganache=
2Cups Dark Chocolate
1Cup (240ml) Hot Whipping Cream

100g Compound Dark Chocolate
80g Compound White Chocolate
Two 6'inch Chocolate Cake (Recipe Link above)
1Cup Roasted Walnuts

=Chocolate Ganache Whipped Cream=
1Cup (240ml) Cold Whipping Cream
½Cup Chocolate Ganache (Remaining)
