我也做了斑斓戚风蛋糕, 好喜欢他的颜色,一点色素都没有哦,蛋糕绿色全取自纯天然斑斓叶~
跟传统斑斓海棉蛋糕口感不一样哦,因为潮湿,好香。非常蓬松有弹性~QQ
搭配跟一样蓬松的淡奶油糖霜更加好吃哦~

♦食谱=8'英寸(21-22厘米)戚风蛋糕模=

150毫升 斑斓汁 [50克(~12条) 斑斓叶+160毫升 水]
5颗 蛋黄 (A级)
60克 细纱糖
90克 植物油
162克 面粉
28克 玉米淀粉
1茶匙 发粉
1/3茶匙 盐
5颗(180克) 蛋白 (A级)
¼茶匙 塔塔粉/柠檬汁
90克 细纱糖
(烤箱160C:45分钟,后180C: 10-15分钟)

=淡奶油糖霜= (食谱影片如上)
300毫升 奶油(冷)
30克 细纱糖
¾茶匙 香草精


I also made Pandan Chiffon Cake, Iove its color so much, no food coloring at all. The cake green color is all taken from pure natural Pandan leaves~ Its texture is different from traditional pandan sponge cake, because it is moist and fragrant. Very fluffy and spongy~ QQ
It tasted even more delicious with combination of light fluffy whipped cream frosting.

♦Recipe =8'inch (21-22cm) Chiffon Tube Pan=
150ml Pandan Juice (50g (~12pcs)Pandan Leaves+160ml Water)
5 Egg Yolks (Grade A)
60g Castor Sugar
90g Vegetable Oil
162g Flour
28g Corn Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1/3tsp Salt
5 (180g) Egg Whites (Grade A)
¼tsp Cream of Tartar/Lemon Juice
90g Castor Sugar
(Oven160C: 45minutes,after 180C: 10-15minutes)

=Whipped Cream Frosting= (Video Recipe above)
300ml Whipping Cream (Cold)
30g Caster Sugar
¾tsp Vanilla Extract
