圣诞瑞士蛋糕卷,给一个原本不爱海绵蛋糕的我,爱上了这食谱。这软绵绵即潮湿的巧克力海绵蛋糕,里面有雪白的轻盈蓬松的淡奶油糖霜,多汁红透的鲜草莓,外面包着一层浓厚的巧克力浆提高了整个蛋糕水平。这布置超象木头,又有可以吃的松子,圣诞树和圣诞帽,好可爱~好好吃~

♦食谱
=巧克力海绵蛋糕= (10'英寸 四方蛋糕磨)
3颗 蛋黄
12克 白糖
½茶匙 香草精
45克 牛奶
30克 植物油
57克 面粉
15克 无糖可可粉
1汤匙 玉米淀粉
少许 盐
3颗 蛋白
45克 白糖
(烤箱170C / 338F:10-15分钟)

=奶油糖霜=
1杯 (240毫升) 奶油 (冷)
3汤匙 糖粉
2汤匙 面粉(烤过)
½茶匙 香草精

=巧克力浆= (影片食谱如上)
1杯黑巧克力
½杯(120毫升)奶油

=布置=
鲜草莓
鲜蓝莓
剩余奶油糖霜染青
星星糖
彩虹洒球
少许 杏仁片
珍珠球,金球
糖粉

Christmas Swiss roll cake, for a person who didn't like sponge cake like me, has already fell in love with this recipe. This chocolate sponge cake is so soft fluffy yet still moist, with light and fluffy snow white whipped cream frosting, juicy red fresh strawberries, and a thick layer of chocolate ganache generously covered the outside has elevated the cake standard to another level. It’s decorated so much resemblance yule log, and there are edible figures of pine nuts, Christmas trees and Christmas hats, so cute, so yummy~

=Chocolate Sponge Cake= (10' inch Square Cake Pan)
3 Egg Yolks
12g White Sugar
½tsp Vanilla Extract
45g Milk
30g Vegetable Oil
57g All Purpose Flour
15g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1Tbsp Corn Starch
Pinch of Salt
3 Egg Whites
45g White Sugar
(Oven 170C / 338F: 10-15minutes)

=Whipped Cream Frosting=
1Cup (240ml) Whipping Cream (Cold)
3Tbsp Icing Sugar
2Tbsp Flour (Baked)
½tsp Vanilla Extract

=Chocolate Ganache= (Video recipe above)
1Cup Dark Chocolate
½Cup (120ml) Whipping Cream

=Decorations=
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Blueberries
Leftover Whipped Cream Frosting dyed Green
Star Candy
Rainbow Sprinkle
Handful of Almond Slices
Pearl balls, Gold Balls
Icing Sugar
