Filling (馅料):
200g minced pork (绞肉)
2 mushrooms , diced (2朵香菇,碎粒)
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic (蒜茸)

Seasoning (调味料):
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
1 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
A little pepper (少许胡椒粉)
1 tsp sugar (糖)

Ingredients (材料):
240g rice flour (粘米粉)
60g corn starch (玉米淀粉)
350ml water (水)

800ml water (水)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
2 tbsp oil (油)

4 salted egg yolks ( cut into 8 pieces )
4 粒咸蛋黄 (切成8份)
