中秋节快到了!好期待,每天看到不同的月饼。今天作了网红的日本甜品“和果子”Wagashi。
传统是以白豆蓉为主。我今天用了少糖白莲容为主,感觉好好吃,不太甜不腻,适合中秋月饼馅。又作了各式各样的花朵布置,包括樱花,玫瑰等。感觉好可爱,里面又有香脆的瓜子口感,好吃又好看~真日式。哈哈

♦食谱 =7颗和果子=
=外皮=
5克 糯米粉
10克 水
150克少糖白莲蓉/白豆蓉
少许 盐
4 种食物色素(白,黄,红,蓝)

=馅料7颗(25克/颗)=
25克 瓜子
150克少糖白莲蓉/白豆蓉

Fullmoon Festival is coming soon! So excited, I’m seeing all kinds of mooncakes on social media everyday. Today, I made a viral Japanese dessert "Wagashi”.
The traditional recipe is based on white bean paste. But I tried this recipe with reduced sugar white lotus paste today, felt so tasty, not too sweet not greasy, suitable for as mooncake stuffing. I also made a variety of flower decoration toppings, including cherry blossoms, roses and so on. They look so cute, with crispy fragrant melon seeds within, so delicious to eat and look~ truely Japanese style. Haha

♦ RECIPE =7pcs Wagashi=
=Outer Wrapper=
5g Glutinous Rice Flour
10g Water
150g White Lotus Paste/White Bean Paste
Pinch of Salt
4 Food colorings (White, Yellow,Red,Blue)

=Fillings 7pcs (25g/pc)=
150g White Lotus Paste/White Bean Paste
25g Melon Seeds
