Cranberry Walnut Bread | Natural Yeast Bread | 蔓越莓核桃软欧包|天然酵母面包

Ingredients :
400g high protein flour/ bread flour (高筋面粉/面包粉)
30g wholemeal flour (全麦面粉)

200g Starter/Levain (酸种)
30g molasses sugar or soft brown sugar (黑糖蜜或黄糖)
250g water(水)
1 tsp sea salt (海盐)

50g butter (牛油)

80g dried cranberries (蔓越莓干)
50g toasted walnut , chopped (烤香核桃,切碎)
