Ingredients for puff pastry(千层酥皮材料) :
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
1/2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
30g butter (牛油)
125ml water (水)
120g pastry butter or butter (发酵奶油片或牛油)

Ingredients for filling (馅料):
300ml milk (鲜奶)
200ml whipping cream (动物鲜奶油)
80g caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 egg yolks (蛋黄)
3 large eggs (蛋)
