Ingredients 材料 :
100g cold rice (冷饭)
1 tsp crushed wine yeast (碎酒饼)
1tsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tbsp cool boiled water/filtered water (冷开水或过滤水)

350ml cold boiled water (冷开水)

250g (2 cups) rice flour (粘米粉)
120g caster sugar (幼糖)
40ml pandan juice (班兰汁)
1 tsp or 1 small blue packet ENO Fruit salt (1茶匙或小包原味 菓子盐 ~ 蓝色包装)
