Ingredients for skin :
250g / 2 cups glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
30g / 3 tbsp tapioca starch (木薯粉)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
125ml/1/2 cup hot water (热水)
150g purple sweet potato, steamed and mashed (蒸熟,压成泥)
2 tbsp oil (油)
Some water to added to achieve desired softness (添加适量水以达到粉团所需的软度)

Coconut peanut filling (椰丝花生碎馅):
1 tbsp oil (油)
70g sugar (白糖)
125g/ 1/2 grated white coconut (白椰丝)
80g grounded peanut (花生碎)
