Bottom ingredients (下层材料):
120g (1 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
60g (1/2 cup) tapioca starch (木薯粉)
50g (3/8 cup ) green pea flour (绿豆粉)
300ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
100ml water (水)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)

450ml water (水)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 pandan leaves, knotted (3片班兰叶,打结)

250g taro cubed, steamed (芋头,切丁,蒸熟)

Upper ingredients (上层材料):
60g (1/2 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
40g (1/3 cup) tapioca flour (木薯粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 1/2 tsp purple sweet potato powder (紫薯粉)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
200ml water (水)
