Sweet Corn Talam/ Kuih Jagung 玉米糕

Bottom ingredients (下层材料):
120g (1 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
60g (1/2 cup) corn starch (玉米粉)
50g (7 tbsp) custard powder (吉士粉/蛋黄粉)
300ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)

450ml water (水)
150g (2/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 pandan leaves, knotted (3片班兰叶,打结)

300g sweet core,cream style (罐头玉米酱)

Upper ingredients (上层材料):
40g (1/3 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
45g (1/3 cup) tapioca flour (木薯粉)
3/4 tsp salt (盐)
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
150ml water (水)
