Pastry (皮料):
600g taro, mashed (芋泥)
65g wheat starch (澄面粉)
85ml boiling water (滚水)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/4 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
1/4 tsp five spice powder (五香粉)香粉
1 tsp sesame oil (麻油)
60g shortening or lard(白油或猪油)

Filling (馅饼)饼:
200g chicken meat, diced (鸡肉,切丁)
60g mixed vegetables (杂豆)
3 mushrooms, soaked and diced (3朵香菇,浸软切丁)
1 tbsp chopped garlic and shallots (葱、蒜茸)

Seasoning (调味料):
1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp sugar (糖)
1/4 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
1/2 tsp sesame oil (麻油)
1/2 tbsp corn starch (玉米淀粉)淀粉
1 tbsp water (水)
