Ingredients:
225g /8 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
120g/4 oz salted butter (有盐牛油)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)
220g /1 3/4 cups plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp mixed spices (混合香料、

300g / 2 1/3 cups mixed fruit (杂果)
30g /1/4 cup high proteine flour (高筋面粉)

1 lemon zest (1粒柠檬皮屑)

Bake at 160°C for 50 minutes
以160°C烤50分钟
