Ingredients for sponge cake(海绵蛋糕):
4 egg whites (蛋白)
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
100g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
125g (1 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
50ml milk (鲜奶)
40g melted butter (溶化牛油)
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (香草精)

Vanilla Custard (香草卡士达酱):
4 egg yolks
90g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (香草精)
2 tbsp plain flour (普通面粉)
3 tbsp corn starch (玉米淀粉)
400ml milk(鲜奶)
225g (1 cup) unsalted butter (无盐牛油)

Syrup (糖浆):
3 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)砂糖
70ml hot water (热水)
2 tbsp rum (兰姆酒)

100g whipping cream (淡味鲜奶油)
1 tbsp icing sugar (糖粉)
Fresh strawberries (新鲜草莓)
