Coffee Layered Butter Cake 咖啡牛油蛋糕

Ingredients:
250g butter (奶油)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
60ml milk (鲜奶)

1 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
1 tbsp hot water (热水)

1/4 tsp coffee essence ,optional(咖啡香精,随意)

45g (1/3 cup) toasted pine nuts (烤香松子)

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes each layer
每一层以180°C烤15分钟

Final layer bake for 20 minutes
最后一层烤20分钟

7” square baking tin
7寸方形烤模
