Ingredients:
60ml (1/4 cup) corn oil(玉米油)
75ml (1/3 cup) milk (牛奶)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g (1/2 + 1/4 cup )plain flour(普通面粉)
10g (1 tbsp) corn starch (玉米粉)
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
1 whole egg (全蛋)

4 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
80g (1/3 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)

8” baking tin
8寸圆形烤模

Caramel sauce(焦糖酱):
60g /1/3 cup brown sugar (黃糖)
40ml water (水)
2 tbsp whipping cream (淡奶油)奶油
15g unsalted Butter (无盐牛油)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)

150g white chocolate, chopped (白巧克力,切碎)
60ml whipping cream (淡奶油)奶油
450ml whipping cream (淡奶油)
120g toasted macadamia nuts, chopped (烤香夏威夷果,切碎)
